Technical Director

In my role as Technical Director for an MLS club, I would enhance connectivity and make a positive impact throughout the organization by leveraging my communication skills, cultivating relationships, and leading with a service-oriented mentality. By providing a supporting link between the academy, reserve team, first team, and technical staff, I would cohesively use my skill set and experiences to drive the club forward.

Talent Development

Oversee the implementation of club methodology throughout the academy. Assist coaches with planning, communications, and the development of team and individual development plans. Create pathways to accelerate development of top players within the club.

Talent Identification

Evaluate existing talent identification processes and results. Develop strategies for talent identification outside of the traditional US youth soccer system. Recommend players with short, medium, and long term potential to play in the first team to the technical staff.

Leadership & Management of Staff Coaches

Uphold and further instill club culture within academy coaches and staff. Ensure that club cultural philosophy and player development philosophy are connected throughout the academy, second team, and first team. Evaluate coaches and establish accountability measures for continuous improvement and success.
